Patent evaluation: Apply to China National Intellectual Property Administration for patent evaluation of related patents, and China National Intellectual Property Administration will issue a patent evaluation report. According to the evaluation results, the patentee can use the patent right as collateral to borrow money from the bank, apply for project subsidies from the government, or transfer the patent to others or obtain benefits in the form of licensing others to use or sell it.
