User registration certificate:
If the applicant for registration is an individual, he shall submit a copy of his signed identity document, which refers to the resident identity card or other valid documents. If you register in person or entrust others to apply for registration, you should also submit a copy of the identity certificate signed by the agent and the power of attorney of the applicant.
