On April 1st, the Ministry of Education issued the Notice on Strict Qualification Examination and Assessment of Independent Enrollment in Colleges and Universities (hereinafter referred to as "the Notice"), which put forward "five strictness" from five aspects, such as registration conditions, material examination, school assessment, supervision and restriction, and punishment of fraud, and proposed for the first time in the history of independent enrollment that "candidates who have provided false application materials shall be disqualified from the college entrance examination". For the certificate of the competition to be recognized, it is necessary to organize relevant experts to seriously evaluate the scientificity, authority, standardization and popularization of the competition.
In view of the violations of laws and regulations such as certificates, inventions, patents, trading in papers and counterfeiting, the Notice requires that the "interest chain" be resolutely cut off. If candidates dare to "take the world by storm", once verified, they will not only be "informed of the provincial admissions examination institutions where candidates are located", but also be disqualified from self-enrollment and even college entrance examination; If schools, units and individuals practise favoritism or assist candidates to practise fraud in independent enrollment, they will be severely dealt with and held accountable; If there are serious violations of discipline and discipline in the examination and assessment of independent enrollment qualifications, colleges and universities will be suspended or disqualified.
Zheng Qinghua, vice president of Xi 'an Jiaotong University, said. "Severe punishment mechanism is the most effective and direct way to crack down on counterfeiting. If it is fraudulent, let this candidate pay a heavy price, so as to maintain a clean and honest independent enrollment environment. "
