Is there a time limit for the use of noninvasive ventilator? How to care for it?
How do you care? Noninvasive ventilator, also known as continuous positive airway pressure ventilation. CPAP is clinically used to treat sleep apnea syndrome (SAS) and related diseases. Non-invasive ventilator is easy to operate and avoids tracheal intubation and tracheotomy. Non-invasive ventilator can prevent diseases such as decreased oxygen saturation, increased sympathetic nerve tension, decreased parasympathetic nerve tension and increased blood carbon dioxide concentration. The service life of non-invasive ventilator is unlimited, and its service life is closely related to its use and maintenance methods. Of course, a good quality noninvasive ventilator will generally last longer, so you must choose a better quality noninvasive ventilator brand when you buy it. Nursing care of noninvasive ventilator: 1. Daily maintenance: Remove the pipeline and hang it in a clean and dry place for next use. Avoid direct sunlight, or the pipeline will harden and crack for a long time. 2. Weekly cleaning: Clean the whole mask system according to the instructions. 3. Check whether the filtering membrane is blocked or leaked by dirt once a month. If the filter membrane is dirty, it should be replaced in time to prevent the ventilator from sending out insufficient air. Under normal use, the filter membrane needs to be replaced once every six months (if the working environment of the machine is dirty, it can be replaced more frequently).
