According to the comprehensive ranking of graduates' academic performance in school, the grades are evaluated.

Second, the employer factor
(A) the basic elements
The employer in the recruitment of college graduates behavior integrity norms 5 points.
(B) the introduction of key areas of talent elements
3 points will be added if the employer recruits graduates of disciplines required by key development fields in Shanghai (see Annex 3).
On the basis of the professional catalogue of talents in the above-mentioned key fields, the employer recruits 3 graduate students from the Ministry of Education and the universities where key disciplines are located in Shanghai.
(three) to undertake major projects or outstanding talent elements
The employer undertakes major projects of national and Shanghai economic and social development, and the graduates' majors match the industry; If you hire outstanding graduates who are in urgent need of professional counterparts, add 3 points.
The employer is a social welfare institution such as education, health and agriculture in the outer suburbs, 1- 10.
Note: The above-mentioned employing units are recognized by the relevant industry authorities and reported to the Shanghai Joint Conference Office for Employment of College Graduates for confirmation.
Third, standard score.
The standard is divided into the basic qualification points for non-Shanghai students to apply for Shanghai household registration. Non-Shanghai college graduates who enter Shanghai for employment and have a cumulative score of not less than the standard score can apply for Shanghai household registration; Below the standard score, apply for the talent category "Shanghai Residence Permit".
The standard score is determined by the Office of the Joint Conference on Employment of College Graduates in Shanghai according to the requirements of the municipal government for regulating the mechanical growth of the registered population.
