If the patent is granted to others, can the designer get the fee?

The patent you developed in cooperation with others belongs to you. If the patent ownership is transferred, the due amount, namely "patent transfer fee", should be paid. This fee belongs to all participants in the research and development. So, you should get your share of the transfer fee. It is the cost of the unit, and the patent right of research and development should be owned by the unit. Nothing personal.
