The water-based rust conversion antirust paint is simple and labor-saving. It needs to slightly grind off large loose floating rust on the base material rust, and does not need pickling, phosphating, sandblasting and other treatments. For parts that cannot be sandblasted, such as special steel structures, iron sheets, outdoor facilities, closed spaces, etc., it is more suitable to use rust conversion primer to realize rust conversion and rust removal in one step. Greatly reduce the strength and cost of steel anti-corrosion construction and improve the painting efficiency.
characteristics of water-based rust-transforming antirust paint
3. This product is a weakly acidic polymer compound, which can transform iron oxide (rust) into black organic iron compound, thus forming a composite film on the surface of steel by chemical bonds and physical bonds, so that the film layer is firm and dense, with strong adhesion, so that the separation between steel matrix and medium is no longer eroded.
4. This product is a unique acid-based formula, which can quickly and fully penetrate into corroded places.
5. This product is water-based and does not contain benzene, formaldehyde and other substances harmful to human body, and no volatile gas is generated, which is beneficial to environmental protection.
4. Compared with the conventional process, the process using this product is labor-saving and time-saving, with high work efficiency and low comprehensive cost.
How to use the water-based rust-converting antirust paint
1. Shake this product well before use;
2. Apply this product to the surface of rusted steel workpiece with tools such as brush, roller brush and spray gun, and black compounds will be generated in about 1 minute, and the surface will dry to form a protective film in 15~2 minutes, and the subsequent coating process can be carried out after 3~5 hours;
3. For those with high requirements and used as the final anti-corrosion coating, it can be coated once at intervals of 3-6 minutes on the basis of finishing the coating once, so that the film is uniform, dense and bright, and the anti-corrosion performance is stronger;
4. For the surface of the workpiece which is seriously corroded and produces floating rust, the floating rust must be removed before painting;
