Working principle:
The exhausted gas is transported to the torch head through pipelines, valves, liquid separation and flashback prevention devices, and is ignited by the ignition device at the outlet. In order to adapt to the pressure instability of the exhaust gas and ensure the complete combustion of the exhaust gas, the torch head is equipped with an ever-burning lamp, and its combustion source is a relatively stable gas supply source. The ever-burning lamp will keep burning after being ignited by the igniter. When the waste gas reaches the torch head, it will be immediately ignited by the ever-burning lamp.
The igniter produced by aviation patent technology can ensure the high reliability of the ignition system and the success of ignition under any weather and working conditions. When the exhaust gas is automatically extinguished due to low pressure, the ever-burning lamp can keep burning, and when the exhaust gas pressure rises, the torch will be rekindled immediately, thus ensuring the completeness of exhaust gas combustion.
