This major trains students to master the basic theories and methods of physics, and has a good foundation of mathematics, computer application, a certain level of foreign language and basic experimental skills. Integrated circuits and systems are cross-two disciplines majors independently set up under the first-level disciplines of information and communication engineering, computer science and technology, and instrument science and technology, with doctoral degree authorization. There are 5 doctoral supervisors. Research direction: embedded system synthesis and testing; New semiconductor materials and devices; Complex integrated circuit design; Sensing technology and micro-nano electromechanical system: Electromagnetic calculation and signal integrity analysis, etc.

Electronic Science and Technology

Four two disciplines under this discipline enroll postgraduate students in our college, namely microelectronics and solid-state electronics, electromagnetic field and microwave technology, circuits and systems, and physical electronics. Among them, two disciplines of Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics has been successively approved as provincial key disciplines by Anhui Province, and "Micro-Electro-Mechanical System Engineering Technology Research Center" has been listed as provincial engineering technology research center by Anhui Province. This subject has a number of R&D equipment and measuring instruments in microelectronic technology, electronic functional materials and devices, as well as famous EDA software such as Cadence, Synopsys, Mentor Graphics, TCAD and ZENI. There are 52 full-time teachers, including 12 professors, 21 associate professors, 26 doctors and 1 part-time professors. Over the years, it has completed and undertaken more than 6 national "863" plan projects, national natural science foundation projects and key scientific and technological research projects of the Ministry of Education, and won a third prize for national invention, 1 provincial and ministerial scientific and technological progress prizes, and published 5 academic monographs, and published them in top international publications such as IEEE Transactions, IEE Proceedings, Appl. optical engineering major

optical engineering is a first-class discipline, which mainly studies new theories, new technologies, new methods and new devices to realize the generation, transmission, detection and processing of optical radiation information by imaging or non-imaging, and it is a new frontier technical discipline formed by the comprehensive intersection of modern physics, optics and electronics. At present, there are 11 tutors (including 3 professors, 8 associate professors and 4 doctors). Dozens of vertical and horizontal projects, such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation and Anhui Natural Science Foundation, have been completed and under research, and a number of high-level scientific research achievements, including the second prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award of Anhui Province, have been obtained, and some research achievements have been granted patents or completed technology transformation and transfer.

Curriculum and Teaching Theory Major
