(2) Master the basic theoretical knowledge and professional technical knowledge of this major systematically.
(3) Have some practical experience in engineering technology research and design, be able to absorb and adopt advanced technologies at home and abroad, and have made certain achievements in improving the research and design level and economic benefits.

After obtaining a doctorate, pass the inspection; Get a master's degree or a second bachelor's degree, and have worked as an assistant engineer for about two years; Obtained a bachelor's degree or graduated from a university, and worked as an assistant engineer for more than four years; Graduated from university and worked as an assistant engineer for more than four years.
