Godson and wind core

There are so many people who spread rumors that they think they know CPU when decorating computers. The designer of Godson is still China Academy of Sciences, and the cooperation with STF has ended. This kind of cooperation is only the relationship between OEM and instruction authorization. I recently bought a MIPS architecture license, that is, ISA instruction set architecture license, which has nothing to do with the specific hardware implementation, but I can confidently claim that it is a MIPS-compatible processor. During the Loongson 2E period, the patents of four mips instructions did not expire, and the produced 2E processor could not support those instructions and the operating system of MIPS instruction set. Later, those four instructions expired, and the produced Loongson 2F processor can directly use the operating system of MIPS instruction set. MIPS did not apply for a patent in China, but applied abroad. If Loongson wants to declare MIPS compatibility and wants to sell it abroad, it will be restricted, so it needs to buy a license to mark MIPS compatibility.
