Why pay the patent registration fee and stamp duty?

Patent registration fee is one of the official fees for patent application. After the patent applicant pays the fees, annual fees and other related fees according to the registration notice and authorization notice made by the Patent Office, the patent can be authorized. In other words-no payment, no authorization.

The full name of stamp duty should be the stamp duty of patent certificate, not the official fee of patent, which is collected by the patent office and handed over to the tax bureau. If it is not paid, it will not affect the authorization of the patent, but the patent office will not issue a patent certificate.
