1. Copyright mainly includes personal rights and property rights such as the right of publication, the right of signature, the right of publication and the right of reproduction;
2. Trademark rights, mainly including exclusive rights, licensing rights and transfer rights;
3. Patent right mainly includes the right of application, ownership, permission, prohibition and transfer.

/kloc-article 10 of the copyright law of People's Republic of China (PRC), which came into effect on June, 0.
Copyright includes the following personal rights and property rights:
(a) the right to publish, that is, the right to decide whether the work is open;
(2) the right of signature, that is, the right to indicate the identity of the author and sign his name on the work;
(3) the right to modify, that is, the right to modify or authorize others to modify a work;
(four) the right to protect the integrity of the work, that is, the right to protect the work from distortion and tampering.
Article 4 of the Trademark Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)
If a natural person, legal person or other organization needs to obtain the exclusive right to use a trademark for its goods or services in production and business activities, it shall apply to the Trademark Office for trademark registration. The application for registration of a malicious trademark that is not intended to be used shall be rejected.
The provisions of this Law on commodity trademarks shall apply to service trademarks.
