Can cement be used as furniture?

Cement can be used for furniture and decorative boards. The following is the production process:

The production of facing cement board includes wood formwork, material, forming, splicing, demoulding and repairing. Characterized in that:

(1) The wooden formwork adopts 50mmx100mm Chinese fir strips as the skeleton, and then plywood is nailed on the skeleton. Make the wooden model of 1500 mm× 1000 mm decorative cement board with the specification of 1630mm× 130mm, and then nail four frames of 50 mm wide Chinese fir strips on the wooden model board to make a wooden model 30mm longer and wider than the decorative cement board. The thickness of Chinese fir strips is the same as that of decorative cement boards. The extra 30mm is to embed 30mm battens on both sides of the wooden mold when making, so that it is easier to remove the embedded battens when demoulding. The skeleton of wooden formwork is connected with tenon and reinforced with iron pieces, and the wooden formwork must be flat and firm.

(2) Materials include 525 # ordinary cement, 107 glue, medium sand screened with 14 mesh, steel wire mesh (with 0.8 ~ 1.2 nm steel wire and 8 ~ 20 mm square mesh), white tiles or glazed tiles, aluminum alloy, glass, plastic or hardwood strips, and five kinds of materials.

(3) Molding: spread a smooth plastic carpet on the wooden mold as the isolation layer, use aluminum alloy as the edge line on the frame, and then spread a layer of decorative tiles that have been soaked and drained (if the single-sided cement board is made, it can be omitted). Mix mortar according to the ratio of cement: sand: water: 107 glue = 1: 2: 0.2: 0.2. Scrape it back and forth for two or three times with a big putty knife to make the mortar and ceramic tile paste full, then pave a layer of steel wire mesh (if there is special need, it can be paved into two layers or steel bars), and then pave the other half of the mortar, spread it flat and vibrate it tightly. The vibrator should be hung under the vibration platform with a power of 0.5 dry watts. The floor tiles should be laid immediately after the mortar surface is leveled, and then the flatness of the floor tiles should be adjusted with a long wooden ruler and compacted.

(4) jointing: after molding for 24 hours, jointing can be carried out on the mold. Scrape off the mortar at the joint of decorative brick with putty knife first, then tick off the joint with gypsum mixed with 107 glue in cement, and the ratio of white cement to 107 glue is 1: 0.3 ~ 0.4. If pointing on colored glazed tiles, white cement should be applied first.

(5) demoulding: demoulding after 48 hours of molding, which can be extended for 24 hours in winter. When demoulding, the embedded hardwood strips can be pulled out first to facilitate demoulding. After demoulding, the decorative cement board should be placed in the shade/sprayed with water four times a day, and the furniture can be made after 7- 10 days. The production and maintenance of the decorative cement board should be carried out at a temperature above 5℃; (6) Repair: To repair some unqualified facing cement slab tiles, first carefully cut the tiles with tools such as drilling, and then paste new tiles with epoxy resin cement. The mixing ratio of epoxy resin cement is 50g, dibutyl ester 10g, acetone 10g, and cement (180 ~ 250). When seasoning, the epoxy resin is heated to 60℃ ~ 80℃ in an electric furnace with a small iron pot, and then the ester, acetone and ethylenediamine are added in turn after taking out of the electric furnace, while stirring, and finally the cement is added for blending.
