Li Yiyi, female, party member, a scientist of metallurgy and metal materials, 1933, born in Suzhou, Jiangsu. Since 1960s, Li Yiyi has continuously undertaken major national scientific research tasks. Up to now, more than ten new steel grades have been developed and outstanding achievements have been made. She was engaged in the research of Fe-Mn-Al alloy in the early 1970s, and made the phase diagram and phase identification method of this alloy system for the first time by using electron probe and metallographic technology. It is observed that the nucleation and growth of martensite in Fe-Mn alloy follow the stacking fault and polar axis mechanism. It is found that there is an antiferromagnetic transition point in austenitic steel, which provides a scientific basis for the development of Fe-Ni-Cr and Fe-Ni-Cr-Mn ultra-low temperature and high strength nonmagnetic steels. Since 1980s, it has successively undertaken national key research projects such as hydrogen-resistant pressure vessel steel, high-strength hydrogen-resistant steel, precipitation-strengthened hydrogen-resistant alloy, homogenization alloy, research on precision pipes, Sino-British international cooperation project, 863 and 973, and successively put forward steel composition, process route, establishment of hydrogen laboratory and a series of hydrogen damage assessment methods, which passed smoothly. He has published more than 200 academic papers, guided the training of more than 40 doctoral and master students, and applied for and authorized 28 patents.

From 1986 to 65438+, the State Key Laboratory of Rapid Solidification Non-equilibrium Alloys, the National High-performance Homogeneous Alloys Engineering Research Center, the Northern New Materials Research and Development Center, the National Precision Pipe Research and Production Base and Jinke New Materials Development Company were established, and the preliminary idea of establishing a national materials joint laboratory was put forward. It is suggested to introduce "Hundred Talents Plan"-computer simulation of material preparation process. The research and development base of "Northeast New Materials and Advanced Manufacturing Technology", one of the first eight bases of the National Knowledge Innovation Project, was launched as planned. Together with previous leading bodies, she paid attention to training young academic leaders and created conditions for them to get on the academic stage at home and abroad as soon as possible. A group of young people shouldered heavy responsibilities, played the role of academic leaders in the Metal Research Institute and made their mark at home and abroad.

Since 1985, she has successively served as the vice chairman of China Metal Society, the vice chairman of China Materials Research Society, the party representative of China producers on 14 and 15, and the vice chairman, chairman and honorary chairman of Liaoning and Shenyang Association for Science and Technology. She is a famous metal material scientist at home and abroad. 1982 was awarded the title of model worker in Liaoning province, 1988 was awarded as a young and middle-aged expert with outstanding national contributions, and 1993 was elected as an academician of China Academy of Sciences. 1995 won the first prize of Guanghua science and technology fund, was awarded the title of outstanding scientific and technological worker in Liaoning Province and Shenyang City, and was one of the top ten outstanding women in Liaoning Province. 65438+1June, 1996, won the first China Engineering Science and Technology Award at the Academician Conference of China Academy of Sciences and China Academy of Engineering. 1997 won the prestigious He Liang Heli Fund Science and Technology Progress Award. 1999 was elected as an academician of the Third World Academy of Sciences, and 200/KLOC-0 was awarded the title of Top Ten Outstanding Women of China Academy of Sciences. At present, he is mainly engaged in the development of special alloys, computer simulation of material preparation and many other national key scientific and technological projects, and participates in hosting Sino-British international cooperation projects. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of China Association for Science and Technology, the International Society of Cryogenic Materials and the editorial board of the International Journal of Material Science and Engineering Simulation. Member of the jury of outstanding scientific and technological achievement award of Chinese Academy of Sciences.
