Malignant hepatobiliary tumors, such as liver cancer (especially left lobe liver cancer), gallbladder cancer and total cholangiocarcinoma, all have symptoms and signs such as stomachache, epigastric fullness, fatigue, anorexia and jaundice, which are easily misdiagnosed as stomach diseases and lose the opportunity of early diagnosis and treatment. Abdominal ultrasound, CT and gastroscopy can be distinguished.
Biliary diseases Patients with acute and chronic cholecystitis, cholelithiasis, biliary ascariasis and other biliary diseases often have irregular dull pain and discomfort in the upper abdomen or right rib, and sometimes they may have symptoms similar to stomach diseases such as fullness and belching in the upper abdomen. Eating greasy food often induces or aggravates this disease. Many patients have been misdiagnosed as stomachache for a long time, and the treatment according to stomach disease is ineffective. There was nothing unusual in gastroscopy, and I didn't know I had biliary tract disease until I did B-ultrasound.
◆ Patients with pancreatic diseases such as pancreatic head cancer, chronic pancreatitis and pancreatic pseudocyst often have symptoms such as dull pain in the upper and middle abdomen, nausea and vomiting, which are easily confused with stomach diseases. Abdominal ultrasound, CT, gastroscopy and hematuria amylase can be used for differentiation.
◆ Lower lobe pneumonia When lobar pneumonia is located in the lower lobe of the left and right lungs, the patient may have pain in the middle and upper abdomen, which is similar to stomach disease, accompanied by fever, cough and rust in sputum in different degrees, auscultation may have wet wheezing, and X-ray examination may have blurred shadows. Do gastroscopy and x-ray examination to distinguish.
Acute myocardial infarction in the elderly, especially acute myocardial infarction in the inferior wall, does not necessarily lead to angina in the precordial area, but only complains of stomach pain or discomfort in the upper middle abdomen, accompanied by nausea and vomiting. If you don't do ECG examination and blindly treat stomach diseases, it is easy to miss the chance of rescue and have an accident.
When patients have stomachache, they should go to the hospital for treatment in time. Only by making a clear diagnosis can they get accurate treatment.
