Who's Du Gangjun? Does anyone know?

Du Gangjun, male, born in Taikang, Henan Province in 1971, is a doctor at Shenyang Pharmaceutical University, a postdoctoral fellow at the Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, a professor at Henan University, a leader of tumor pharmacology in the School of Pharmacy, Henan University, and a master tutor, mainly engaged in teaching and research of traditional Chinese medicine pharmacology and tumor pharmacology. He is in charge of scientific research projects of Henan Province, National Natural Science Foundation, National 863 Plan and National 973 Plan. In 27, Professor Du Gangjun won the honorary title of "Academic Technology Leader" in Henan Province.

profile

Du Gangjun's main research: the study on the pharmacology of traditional Chinese medicine and the synergism and attenuation of chemotherapy drugs in modern anti-tumor research, the study on changing the dosage form of tumor drugs by nanotechnology to enhance the targeting of chemotherapy drugs to tumor tissues, and the search for new anti-tumor traditional Chinese medicine and chemotherapy drugs by cell screening. Moreover, obvious results have been achieved. The research result of "Phospholipid-Adriamycin Self-assembled Nanomicelles Promoting the Permeability to Tumors" published in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute of the United States by Du Gangjun and Liang Wei, Institute of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, proved for the first time that PEG-derived phospholipid nanomicelles loaded with adriamycin can selectively accumulate in tumor tissues and penetrate into deep tumor tissues to increase the drug concentration in tumor cells, thus significantly enhancing the cytotoxicity of adriamycin, inhibiting the growth of tumors and prolonging the life of mice. And the technology has applied for an international patent.
