Huawei Patent Agent Qualification Conditions: Registration conditions Chinese citizens who support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China and meet the following conditions can register for the National Patent Agent Qualification Examination:
1. Over 18 years old, with full capacity for civil conduct;
2. Graduation from a college of science and engineering or equivalent;
3. Familiar with patent law and related legal knowledge;
4. Have engaged in scientific and technical work or legal work for more than two years. Graduation from science and engineering majors in colleges and universities refers to obtaining a nationally recognized college degree or above in science and engineering and obtaining a diploma. Those who apply with academic qualifications or degree certificates from higher education institutions in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan or abroad must have their academic qualifications or degree certificates certified by the Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education. Those who meet the academic qualifications or degree requirements can register to take the exam. Master's degree students in science and engineering majors in colleges and universities who have completed one year of study, and doctoral students in science and engineering majors in colleges and universities, are deemed to have engaged in scientific and technological work for more than two years.
