Thirteenth patent application funds shall be managed in special accounts, and shall be allocated to the Municipal Intellectual Property Office by the Municipal Finance Bureau according to the amount of patent grants approved by the Municipal Intellectual Property Office every quarter.
Article 14 The beneficiaries of these Measures are patent applicants, while patent agencies and patent agents are not beneficiaries of these Measures.
Article 15 The annual amount of patent application grant shall be determined according to the total amount of patent grant in the previous year, and the patent grant funds shall be used exclusively. If there is a balance in the current year, it will be used for the next year.
Article 16 The Municipal Intellectual Property Office may apply for special business funds according to the standard of not exceeding the total amount of patent application funds 1%, which will be included in the departmental budget after being audited by the financial department.
Seventeenth Municipal Finance Bureau shall supervise and inspect the use of patent application funds. Units and individuals applying for funding, such as fraud to obtain funding, once found, shall be ordered to pay all the funding costs to the municipal finance, and shall be held accountable according to law.
