How to use 6-box resistance furnace

6. 1 The electric furnace should be placed on a flat workbench indoors. The temperature controller should avoid vibration and be placed too close to the electric furnace to prevent the electronic components from working normally due to overheating. Please turn off the power switch when moving the thermostat.

6.2 Adjust the setting pointer of the temperature indicator to the required working temperature, turn on the power supply, press the power switch, and electrify the electric furnace. At this time, the ammeter reads and the pointer of the temperature indicator rises gradually, indicating that the electric furnace and thermostat are working normally.

6.3 When the electric furnace is used for the first time or used again after a long-term stop, it must be dried: open the oven door at 20 ~ 200℃ for 4h, and close the oven door at 200 ~ 600℃ for 4h.

6.4 When using electric furnace, the furnace temperature shall not exceed the rated temperature, so as not to damage the heating elements.

6.5 It is forbidden to pour all kinds of liquids and molten metal directly into the furnace, and keep the furnace clean frequently.

6.6 Regularly check whether the connection between the electric furnace conductive system and the thermostat is in good contact. When a fault occurs, the power supply should be cut off immediately and repaired by professional maintenance personnel.

Safety operation rules for heat treatment workers in gas carburizing furnace of through muffle furnace

1. Before opening the furnace, check the tightness of the gas pipeline valve, and the pressure on the gas pipeline should not be lower than the specified value.

2. Working conditions of push rod mechanism, pull rod mechanism and lifting mechanism in the empty furnace test.

3. Loosen the compression spring to the specified size range.

4. Adjust the water level of the water seal, open the valve of the water seal discharge combustion pipe, and close the water seal valve.

5. Close the oven door at the feed end, open the oven door at the discharge end, and then close the oven door when the direction of fog flow formed by kerosene spray is normal.

6. Light the burner of the feed chamber.

7. Exhaust gas should be discharged through a valve that cannot be sealed with water.

8. Intermittent production begins with carburizing the furnace tank.

9. When placing parts, the distance between parts should be not less than 5 mm; The edge of the part shall not exceed the length of the bottom plate and the specified height.

10. Quickly open and close the feed door and the discharge door, but the speed of the push-pull rod should be stable.

14. Equipment cleaning:

(1) In case of continuous production, the furnace and tank shall be cleaned once a week; in case of intermittent production, it shall be cleaned immediately after shutdown.

(2) When the furnace cleaning temperature is 850 ~ 870℃, all the chassis should be taken out;

(3) When the compressed air nozzle is used to blow in from the feed end of the furnace, the valve cannot be opened too wide, and it must be moved back and forth and left and right to prevent local overheating;

(4) The gas burner should be cleaned with kerosene once before carburizing.

15. After the chassis or fixture is quenched, it should be returned to the pre-cooling room to remove oil stains.

16. If the exhaust pipe is blocked (the pressure in the furnace suddenly rises), it should be cleaned immediately. First open the waste gas valve that can't seal water, and then close the waste gas pipe valve that can seal water. After cleaning, first open the waste gas pipeline valve with water seal, and then close the waste gas valve without water seal.

17. Notes:

(1) always pay attention to the combustion situation and gas pressure in each district;

(2) Don't stand in the middle when opening the oven door, so as to prevent the flame from burning;

(3) Pay attention to whether the department burner burns, and check whether the wedge door leaks with a flashlight;

(4) When the flame of the burner goes out at work, the gas valve should be closed immediately, and then the air valve should be closed;

(5) If the parts fall off during the working process or the wedge door switch fails, stop feeding and take out the parts.
