Zhejiang A&F University Jiyang College is located in Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, which is an advanced county in the country for education and one of the first batch of strong educational cities in Zhejiang Province. It is a full-time undergraduate independent college approved by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government.

The college was formerly known as Tianmu College of Zhejiang Forestry University. It was founded in 2000 by Zhejiang Forestry University (the predecessor of Zhejiang A&F University). In 2011, Zhejiang A&F University cooperated with the People’s Government of Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province and established Organized in cooperation with Zhejiang Province Zhuji Education Development Investment Co., Ltd. In September 2013, the entire school moved from Lin'an City, Zhejiang Province to Zhuji City.

The college insists on taking talents as its core resources and has a teaching staff with both ability and political integrity, high professionalism and a reasonable structure of academic qualifications and titles. There are currently 539 full-time and part-time teachers, and 419 full-time teachers; 124 of the full-time teachers have doctorates, accounting for 29.59%, the proportion of master's degrees or above has reached 92.36%, and the proportion of senior professional titles has reached 40.57%.

Scientific research achievements:

In the past three years, students have won 6 national awards in various subject competitions (4 national second prizes, 2 national third prizes ), 153 provincial and ministerial awards; published 127 scientific research papers, and authorized 56 patents, including 20 invention patents.

Teacher*** published 424 academic papers (334 papers from the first unit), including 6 TOP papers in the first SCI area (2 papers from the first unit) and 20 papers from the second area (9 papers from the first unit) articles), 21 articles in first-level journals (11 articles from the first unit), 102 articles in core journals (69 articles from the first unit); published 24 academic works (including 17 from the first unit); 93 authorized patents; 3 software copyrights projects; 3 consultation reports were approved.
