I want to believe in Buddhism

Believing in Buddhism is too simple. There are many people who believe in Buddhism now. Burning incense and kneeling down to worship is a sign of belief in Buddhism. If you believe in Buddhism and still do what the Buddha says, then you are practicing Buddhism. Some people say it is difficult to learn Buddhism, while others say it is easy. I think it's easier said than done.

Religion, I think, is anything that guides people to do good and to avoid evil and do righteousness. Whether it is Buddhism, Taoism, or Christianity, it is all the same. If you really have no discrimination, don’t distinguish between religions. , the main thing is to know how to absorb the religious spirit. And I think the spirit of each religion is unified and not contradictory to each other. Maybe it is because religion is deeply rooted in people's spiritual life, so no matter what religion, it is more or less superstitious. , but all religions say that they are scientific, so why bother? Buddhism is more popular than other religions in China (note: but the number of people is not more than Taoism), and we have seen enough things about Buddhism in life .There are so many disciples of the Three Jewels in cities or rural areas now, but from these people, I can’t see any real spirit of Buddha. I see more of superstition. They don’t pay attention to their words and deeds, but they burn incense and pray all day long. The Buddha blesses his family, and hopes that he will be rich and prosperous, and everything will go as he wishes. I have never seen a Buddhist disciple who burns incense in front of the Buddha and asks him to bless others. Is this called learning Buddhism? This is the great Buddha. Do you want to see it? Is this the true spirit of Buddhism?

I have always believed that people who practice Buddhism do not necessarily have to observe precepts and recite sutras every day. Maybe people really have six paths of reincarnation and can really escape from reincarnation. But can you really become a Buddha by observing precepts and chanting sutras every day? Do you really stop reincarnation? Do you stop going to hell? I don’t think so. If you think about the people who have become Buddhas since ancient times, you will understand. It is said that learning Buddhism can make people smarter. Have great wisdom. The wisdom of Buddhism is not the same thing at all, and has nothing to do with the world's philosophy of life, ability, erudition, and erudition. Even if you learn the Tripitaka and Twelve Sutras thoroughly, you will not be able to solve the "Taiwan issue, the Afghanistan issue, the North Korean nuclear issue..." nor can you create "an economic miracle or solve the economic crisis..." If you are a general, you cannot "win every battle..." etc... But if you can become a Buddha... this also requires a lot of question marks. This kind of wisdom is not the wisdom that people in the world call it. It is the transcendent and perfect wisdom that controls life and death. For a person who has worldly aspirations and ideals, this kind of wisdom is of no use. What is Buddha? Is it Sakyamuni? Or is Sakyamuni a Buddha? No, I think it is neither. Sakyamuni is first of all a human being, because of his practice, his behavior, his great and extraordinary good deeds and merits in his life He and Enlightenment are examples for our descendants to learn from, and our descendants gave him the name "Buddha". Is the name "Buddha" exclusive to him? No. As long as each of us can be charitable and considerate, we can give him the name "Buddha". Keep the teachings of Master Ni in mind, do not create bad karma, do more good deeds, and bring the spirit of Sakyamuni into our daily life, work and study. This is learning Buddhism. If we can do this, our merits will be immeasurable. He is the Buddha, the Buddha living in the world. There is no need to think all day long, "I haven't done my homework today, I haven't chanted the sutras today, and I have been very dedicated to offering incense to the Buddha today." There is no need to think about it all day long. Escape from the six paths of reincarnation as soon as possible and reach the land of bliss and tranquility as soon as possible. I think if you can do good deeds everywhere in your life, work and study, and know how not to do evil deeds as trivial and not to neglect good deeds as trivial, the Buddha would not want to I can’t even let you go to the Paradise of Paradise! It is not necessary to take refuge in the Three Jewels, chant sutras, recite mantras, and strictly abide by Buddhist precepts in order to learn Buddhism. As everyone knows, "We all living beings live in an environment of learning Buddhism every day, but we don't know that we go everywhere to seek Buddhism and learn Buddhism."

Owner, do you want to believe in Buddhism or learn Buddhism? If you want to believe in Buddhism, have you ever believed in Christ before? If you want to learn Buddhism, then there is no need for you to ask this question here. The ultimate meaning of learning Buddhism is to become a Buddha. There are no rules to follow on how to become a Buddha. Nowadays, many people who study Buddhism always say that they should read which scripture or book first, and then read which scripture or book. You must not believe this, because eventually you will find that someone is telling you the same Dharma, and you won’t know who to listen to. If these people are really Buddhists, they should understand that the Buddha also believed that there are no rules to follow in learning Buddhism. Even the supreme Buddha did not dare to compile a set of Buddhist materials for future generations, but these Buddhist students dare to do so. It is really pretentious. Are they all superior to the Blessed One?
