Professor Miao Xiexing has long been engaged in research on rock mechanics theory and its application in mining engineering. He is a winner of the National Outstanding Youth Fund, a national outstanding postdoctoral fellow, and the chief scientist of the "973 Plan" project (2 projects) ; Won 2 second prizes of the National Science and Technology Progress Award and 1 second prize of the National Technological Invention Award (both ranked first); authorized 21 international and domestic invention patents, compiled 11 relevant industry standards, and published 5 monographs, including "Science" "More than 180 academic papers have been published in authoritative international journals such as SCI, and more than 120 papers have been included in SCI and EI.
