1. Immediately take effective measures to control the scope of leakage of trade secrets and prevent further spread of trade secrets;
2. Investigate the facts of infringement and analyze and find the person responsible for the leak;
3. Collect and fixed evidence;
4. Apply to the industrial and commercial administration department to investigate and deal with infringement;
5. Apply to the arbitration institution for arbitration settlement;
6. Apply to the people Proceed in court;
7. Report the case to the public security organ;
8. Take effective trade secret protection measures to prevent trade secrets from being further used in investigation, evidence collection, appraisal, mediation, prosecution, etc. Proliferation;
9. Immediately apply for patent protection for technical trade secrets that have been leaked but are eligible for patent application;
10. Draw inferences from one example within the enterprise, learn from accidents, remedy the situation, and adopt newer measures. Effective trade secret protection measures will prevent similar leaks from happening again;

Legal basis
Article 398 of the "Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China" According to the provisions of the Secrets Law, anyone who intentionally or negligently leaks state secrets, if the circumstances are serious, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention; if the circumstances are particularly serious, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years. Anyone who is not a staff member of a state agency and commits the crime in the preceding paragraph shall be punished as appropriate in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
