ZTE holds 90% of Nubia’s shares. As part of ZTE, Nubia has received ZTE’s technology accumulation and resource support in R&D and supply chain. As ZTE's high-end brand, Nubia and ZTE Group share resources and complement each other's advantages, and jointly promote the overall development of ZTE's terminal business.

Nubian has more than 3,500 global patent applications, including more than 3,000 core technology patents involving mobile terminals, taking a leading position in the industry.
More than 90% of the patents held are invention patents with high stability and technical quality, including many basic patents covering key technologies of mobile terminals, as well as core patents covering key technologies of the communications industry. PCT applications have fully covered major developed countries and regions such as the United States, Europe, Japan, and South Korea, as well as emerging developing countries such as India.
