Ma, male, born in August, 1934, native of Xiayi, Henan Province, undergraduate, professor and doctoral supervisor. His subject is weapon system engineering, and his main research direction is weapon system analysis, design and simulation. He presided over four weapons and equipment development projects, and the first winner won the second prize of the National Technological Invention Award, the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, 1, the provincial and ministerial level science and technology progress special prize, 1, and the first prize respectively. He has published more than 100 academic papers in important academic journals at home and abroad, including 12 in SCI and EI, 14 in invention patents, and 2 monographs. Published the textbook "Fuze Structure and Function" and won the National Excellent Textbook Award. Presided over "military undergraduate courses and teaching reform" and other educational reform projects. He used to be a part-time member of the Science and Technology Committee of the General Armament Department, a member of the Expert Advisory Committee of the National Defense Science and Technology Bureau, and the chairman of the editorial board of Detection and Control magazine. At present, he is honorary chairman of the Fuze Technical Committee of China Military Engineering Society. 1988 was awarded the title of "Young and Middle-aged Expert with Outstanding National Contribution". Participate in organizing the formulation of "China fuze technology pre-research plan guide" during the Seventh Five-Year Plan, the Eighth Five-Year Plan, the Ninth Five-Year Plan, the Tenth Five-Year Plan and the Eleventh Five-Year Plan. The analysis of fuze system and the establishment of fuze modern design theory and method have contributed to the development of fuze technology and the cultivation of advanced talents in fuze technology in China.
