The scope of perennial legal advisory services includes but is not limited to:
1. Providing legal advice to consulting units on legal issues involved in business;
2. Serving as consultants The unit drafts, reviews, and modifies contracts, agreements, articles of association, and other legal documents;
3. Drafts, reviews, and modifies internal rules and regulations for the consulting unit, and helps the consulting unit establish and improve various internal rules and regulations;
4. Provide legal services for the consulting unit on industrial and commercial, taxation, labor, environmental protection and other legal issues;
5. Collect accounts receivable for the consulting unit and assist in formulating the disposal of non-performing assets Plan;
6. At the invitation of the consulting unit, participate in consultations and negotiations, draft, review and modify relevant cooperation documents;
7. At the request of the consulting unit, send a lawyer reminder letter to relevant parties , consultation proposal letter, etc.;
8. Provide legal basis for the consulting unit’s business decisions, and issue lawyer’s opinions on the legal feasibility, risks and other issues in its decision-making;
9. Conduct legal arguments, propose solutions, express lawyer opinions, or participate in non-litigation negotiations, coordination, and mediation for disputes that the consulting unit has faced or may occur;
10. Provide trademark rights for the consulting unit , provide legal advice on the protection of patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets and exclusive operating rights, and assist the consulting unit in formulating confidentiality systems and confidentiality agreements;
11. Participate in litigation and arbitration as the agent of the consulting unit, and sign , deliver or accept legal documents;
12. Assist the consulting unit to conduct legal publicity and legal knowledge training for employees;
13. According to the needs of the consulting unit, intervene in various aspects of the enterprise in advance investment activities and provide relevant legal services.
14. From time to time, introduce and publicize newly promulgated national and local laws and regulations that are closely related to enterprises to consulting units.
15. Assist consulting units in handling relationships with relevant government departments.
16. Provide other legal services at the request of the consulting unit.
