The competent department announces the content, time, place and organizer of each training course at the beginning of each year. Article 3 Patent agents engaged in full-time or part-time agency work in patent agencies shall regularly participate in practical training.
Patent agencies should have at least one-third of their agents to participate in practical training every year. The record of participating in the training is one of the necessary conditions for the annual inspection of patent agencies and the evaluation of patent agents' professional titles. Article 4 The contents of practical training include:
1. Patents and related laws and regulations;
Second, the writing of patent application documents;
Third, patent reexamination and invalidation;
Fourth, patent litigation;
V. Literature retrieval and information service;
6. Professional ethics and practice discipline of patent agents;
Seven, the management of patent agencies;
Eight, foreign-related patent agency business;
Nine, other patent agency business.
Patent agents can choose to attend appropriate training courses according to the annual plan. Article 5 The competent department shall uniformly issue the Record Book of Practice Training for Patent Agents for all patent agencies. The record book is used to record and prove the practice training of patent agents, and it is one of the documents that all patent agencies must submit to participate in the annual inspection. Article 6 A newly qualified patent agent shall attend a patent agent training class during the internship of a patent agency.
The training content includes:
1. Patent agency practice;
Two, the patent agent's professional ethics and practice discipline;
Three, the rules and regulations of patent agency work;
4. Other patent agency business.
Those who have not participated in the induction training course cannot obtain the patent agent's work permit. Article 7 These Measures shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. The competent department shall be responsible for the interpretation of these Measures.
