According to the regulations on the management of patent fee receipts, the issuance of patent fee receipts

(1) For cash payment at the window or credit card payment, the issuance shall be based on the receipt title filled in by the payer on the payment list. ; For payment by check at the window, it will be issued based on the name of the unit listed on the special financial seal on the check;

(2) For payment by bank transfer, it will be issued based on the name of the remitter's account;

( 3) For post office remittance payment, it will be issued according to the name of the remitter;

(4) For payment through the online payment system, it will be issued according to the receipt filled in by the payer;

(5) For the same payment During payment, one receipt will be issued for multiple fees for the same application number (or patent number).
