How long does it take to change the patent?

It usually takes about one month from the date when the enterprise submits the request for change of the description project to the the State Council Patent Administration Department to issue a notice of approval. Among them, the enterprise shall pay the recording project change fee within one month from the date of making the change request, and if it fails to pay or pay in full at the expiration of the period, it shall be deemed that it has not made the request.
