Can a patent applicant exploit his own patent without authorization?
From the date of filing to the date of publication of the application, the patent law adopts "temporary protection". If someone is using a patented invention-creation that has not been authorized, the applicant can explain to the person who has applied for a patent, and once the application is authorized in the future, he can ask the person who has implemented the invention-creation to pay an appropriate fee from the date of notification.
