The People's Court is the national judicial organ of the People's Republic of China. (10) Abuse of power and infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons or other organizations;
(11) Revealing state secrets or work secrets;
(12) Damaging the national honor and reputation in foreign exchanges Interests;
