5. Pay the ticket price within 7 days, change the ticket price, and withdraw the lawsuit if the ticket is not paid. If it is deemed necessary to pursue liability within the jurisdiction, a case should be filed.
The materials required for prosecution are as follows:
1. One copy of the indictment, and one copy according to the number of defendants;
2. The main evidence materials, and one copy according to the number of defendants; Provide copies of the number of persons involved;
3. The identities of the plaintiff and defendant;
4. If you entrust others to act as agents in the litigation, submit a clearly authorized power of attorney and a copy of the trustee’s ID card , and provide the original for inspection;
5. If a lawyer is entrusted to represent the person in litigation, a clearly authorized power of attorney and a certificate, letter, and copy of the lawyer's certificate from the entrusted law firm shall be submitted.

The public security organs, people's procuratorates or people's courts shall accept reports, accusations and reports. If the matter does not fall under one's own jurisdiction, it shall be transferred to the competent authority for handling, and the whistleblower, complainant, or whistleblower shall be notified; if the matter does not fall under one's own jurisdiction and emergency measures must be taken, emergency measures shall be taken first and then transferred to the competent department.
Where criminals surrender to the public security organs, people's procuratorates or people's courts, the provisions of paragraph 3 shall apply.
