How to entrust a lawyer when a criminal case cannot prove kinship

The Criminal Procedure Law stipulates that only the close relatives of the criminal suspect can entrust a lawyer, so you must go to the public security organ to issue a certificate that you are related to the criminal suspect. If there is no evidence of kinship, you cannot entrust a lawyer. This certificate can be issued at the local police station.
