The verdict was pronounced on Wu Chun on July 23, 2020. Wu Chun did not appeal the verdict, and the Huiyang District People's Procuratorate did not lodge a protest. The judgment came into force on August 4, 2020. On August 28, 2020, our hospital served a notice of enforcement to Huiyang District Detention Center. Huiyang District Detention Center was sent to Shenzhen Prison on October 26th, 2020, and was returned to Huiyang District Detention Center on February 2nd, 2020 because it was not within its custody. At 20: 05 on February 4, 65438, the criminal Wu Chun was hospitalized. After discussion and decision by the Judicial Committee of our hospital, Wu Chun, a criminal, has lost the ability to take care of himself, which is in line with the provision in Item (3) of the first paragraph of Article 265 of the Criminal Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) that "life cannot take care of himself, so it shall be temporarily executed outside prison without endangering the society", and Wu Chun, a criminal, may be temporarily executed outside prison according to law. According to the provisions of Item (3) and Item (5) of the first paragraph of Article 265 of the Criminal Procedure Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), it is planned to temporarily execute the criminal Wu Chun outside prison.
