What will be the consequences if you do not attend lawyer pre-employment training due to time constraints?

Regulations vary from place to place. Some places stipulate that you must attend lawyer pre-service training and obtain a lawyer pre-service training certificate. Then you can take this certificate to the Justice Bureau to apply for a lawyer's practicing certificate.

This is currently the case in most areas of our country, and the Lawyers Association and local judicial bureaus also take this opportunity to collect some money. Generally speaking, as long as you pay the money, it doesn't matter whether you go to training or not.

Good luck!
