Lawyer Huang Wenjun is a famous WTO scholar, anti-monopoly expert and senior lawyer in China. Major achievements
Lawyer Huang Wenjun has visited Japan, South Korea, Russia, the European Union and other countries (regions) for many times as a specially invited expert of the government, and participated in the first safeguard measures initiated by the China government and the adjudication of many anti-dumping cases as a government expert. Entrusted by the Ministry of Commerce and the former State Economic and Trade Commission, he presided over the research work on countervailing investigation damage, anti-dumping legal issues in China and safeguard legislation and related issues in China.
