The following persons shall not take the civil service examination:
1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been dismissed from public office.
2. Persons who are found to have serious violations of employment discipline such as fraud in the recruitment of civil servants at all levels.
3. Civil servants and staff of administrative organs managed by reference to the Civil Service Law have been dismissed for less than 5 years.
4. Active servicemen.
5. Civil servants on probation and staff of administrative organs who are managed according to the Civil Service Law.
6. Non-fresh graduates who are studying.
