Main responsibilities:

(eight) to guide and supervise the public security organs in the province to maintain road traffic safety, traffic order and management of motor vehicles and drivers; Responsible for the traffic management of expressways within the jurisdiction of this province.
(nine) to guide the province's public security organs in the public security work of state organs, social organizations, enterprises and institutions and key projects, as well as the public security work of mass public security organizations; Responsible for the supervision and management of the province's security service activities.
(ten) in accordance with the provisions of the authority, organize and guide the security protection and management of computer information systems and the Internet, and organize and guide the investigation and handling of cyber crime cases.
(eleven) to guide and supervise the work of compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation centers managed by detention centers, criminal detention centers, detention centers, detention centers, Ankang hospitals and public security organs in the province; Manage the provincial detention center.
