1. The First Circuit Court is located atNo. 1036 Hongling Middle Road, Luohu District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. Accepting civil and commercial cases, administrative litigation cases, criminal appeal cases, civil and commercial cases involving Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan and judicial assistance cases that should be tried by the Supreme People's Court in Guangdong, Guangxi and Hainan provinces. In addition, letters and visits cases in three provinces and regions were solved on the spot. The judgments, rulings and decisions made by the First Circuit Court are those of the Supreme People's Court.
2. The Second Circuit Court is located at No.3 Century Road, Hunnan District, Shenyang City, Liaoning Province. The tourist area includes Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces.
3. The Third Circuit Court is located at No.88 Puzhu North Road, Pukou District, Nanjing City, Jiangsu Province. The tourist areas are Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian and Jiangxi provinces 1 city.
4. The Fourth Circuit Court is located in Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, covering Henan, Shanxi, Hubei and Anhui provinces.
The Fifth Circuit Court, located in Chongqing, is the only circuit court located in a municipality directly under the Central Government. Jurisdiction over Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan and Tibet related cases.
