What should the family members who are under investigation and detention do?

How to deal with family members detained by investigation: Family members detained by investigation should entrust lawyers as soon as possible. In criminal cases, before the court decision takes effect, family members can only meet with lawyers instead of the criminal suspects. Therefore, after being criminally detained, you should entrust a lawyer as soon as possible. Only in this way can the lawyer meet the client in time and keep abreast of the case. The sooner the lawyer gets involved in the case, the better for the suspect. Lawyers can learn about the charges, the progress of handling cases, the application for bail pending trial, and whether there is a confession by torture. If the suspect has been tortured to extract a confession, he can explain the situation to him when meeting with a lawyer. Lawyers can appeal to the procuratorate and other departments on behalf of criminal suspects. If the facts are true, the confession obtained by the case-handling organ through torture will not be regarded as conclusive evidence.
