The criminal case will be sentenced to ten months, will it be released a day or two early?

Whether I will be released early after being sentenced to ten months depends on my performance. According to the law, after a criminal is sentenced to a sentence, it will be executed at the execution place, and the execution period is determined according to the judgment of the People's Court. If he shows repentance, his sentence may be reduced. The specific provisions are as follows:

Article 15 of the "Prison Law": For criminals who have been sentenced to death with a two-year suspension of execution, life imprisonment, or fixed-term imprisonment, the People's Court shall serve the execution notice and judgment to the prisoner in custody. The public security organ shall take the criminal into custody for execution within one month from the date of receipt of the execution notice and judgment.

If the criminal’s remaining sentence is less than three months before being handed over for execution, the detention center will execute the sentence on his behalf.

Article 16 When a criminal is handed over for execution, the people's court that handed over the execution shall deliver a copy of the People's Procuratorate's indictment, a copy of the People's Court's judgment, the execution notice and the case closure registration form to the prison at the same time. If the prison has not received the above-mentioned documents, it shall not be admitted; if the above-mentioned documents are incomplete or incorrectly recorded, the people's court that makes the effective judgment shall promptly supplement or correct them; those who may lead to wrongful imprisonment will not be imprisoned.

Article 29 If a criminal who has been sentenced to life imprisonment or fixed-term imprisonment has truly repented or performed meritorious service during his sentence, his sentence may be commuted based on the results of prison assessment. Anyone who performs one of the following major meritorious services shall have his sentence reduced:
