How long will it take to arrest people after the injury report comes out?
Minor injuries constitute intentional injuries, but it is up to the public security organ to decide whether to file a case. If the public security organ decides to file a case, it shall conduct investigation and take any compulsory measures, and detention is not necessary. Measures such as bail pending trial or residential surveillance can be taken. Once criminal detention measures are taken, the investigation organ will decide whether to request arrest or change compulsory measures within the longest 30 days. According to the criminal procedure, after the investigation, it will be transferred to the procuratorate for prosecution. If the public security organ fails to file a case, it may apply to the procuratorate for supervision.

If a party refuses to accept the disability assessment, he may, within fifteen days after receiving the assessment, apply to the public security organ at the next higher level for re-assessment. The public security organ at the next higher level shall make a re-evaluation decision within 30 days after receiving the application for re-evaluation.
