Article 3 Where people from China and citizens from China gather to gamble and set up casinos in the surrounding areas outside China to attract people from China and citizens from China as the main source of tourists, which constitutes a crime of gambling, they may be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the provisions of the Criminal Law.
