Brief introduction of Jiang Jiajun

Jiang Jiajun (male, 22 years old, from Beibei District, Chongqing) drove a newly purchased and unlicensed "General Hummer" minibus from west to east along the fourth section of the Second Ring Road in Chengdu on the evening of April 26th, 2009 1 1 (that is, the direction from Hongpailou to Rennan overpass). When getting off the bridge at the east end of Yongfeng overpass, Sichuan ATM 626 and Sichuan ATP 703 collided in the same direction ahead, causing Sichuan ATM 626 to run out of control into the opposite road and collide with Sichuan ATQ 567 driving in the opposite direction along the second ring road. The accident here caused four cars to be damaged, 1 died and five people were injured. After the incident, Jiang Jiajun fled along the Second Ring Road. At 6: 20 pm the next day, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Criminal Procedure Law, the Chengdu Public Security Traffic Management Bureau made a decision to criminally detain the driver Jiang Jiajun.
