To educate and train young lawyers, we should take various ways to strengthen the professional ethics of young lawyers, help them firmly establish a correct outlook on life, and cultivate their sense of justice, responsibility and mission. It is necessary to continue education on the knowledge structure of young lawyers' legal theory, establish a helping system, help young lawyers improve their practice ability quickly, help young lawyers solve their life difficulties, and pay attention to the publicity of lawyers' work. According to the current situation and social factors of the lawyer industry, the author thinks that the education and training of young lawyers should be strengthened from the following aspects: First, the professional ethics training of young lawyers should be strengthened to improve their policy level and professional ability together. With the reform and opening up and the rapid development of economy, people's ideas have also undergone profound changes. From the perspective of the whole society, people's economic concept is very strong, but the formulation of "five stresses, four beauties and three loves" is very ugly, and the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, such as loyalty and filial piety, benevolence and generosity, have not been paid due attention. Many people lack a sense of justice, responsibility, risk and overall situation, and there is a phenomenon that good people are afraid of bad people. This social reality will inevitably have a negative impact on the lawyer's practice environment, and will also impact the lawyer's concept and morality. As a result, a few lawyers value profit over righteousness, ignore the overall situation, and cannot correctly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of clients, and cannot correctly handle the relationship between lawyers and judges, lawyers and prosecutors, lawyers and clients, and lawyers and lawyers. Even if the case is not correctly analyzed, and the court is blindly accused of handling the case or arbitrarily expanding the problems existing in the judgment, the parties will have antagonistic feelings towards the court and refuse to perform the judgment obligations, resulting in unstable factors in different degrees in society. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen the political and moral education for young lawyers. To strengthen the moral education of lawyers, we must first attach importance to this work. Lawyers' associations, judicial administrative organs and law firms should attach equal importance to lawyers' vocational skills training. Strengthen the professional ethics training for young lawyers in various ways to help them firmly establish a correct outlook on life and cultivate their sense of justice, responsibility and mission. Guide young lawyers to handle the relationship between lawyers and clients, lawyers and judges, lawyers and prosecutors, standardize their practice behavior and avoid professional risks. In the annual intensive training, courses such as lawyer's professional concept and professional ethics should also be appropriately added. Second, according to the characteristics of young lawyers' knowledge structure, re-educate young lawyers on legal theory knowledge. Most young lawyers are new lawyers who have passed the national judicial examination. They have a solid basic theory of law and a complete legal knowledge system. However, the fresh legal knowledge points in the judicial examination are not mastered or not firmly grasped, and these knowledge are very important in the practical work of lawyers. This part of knowledge must be strengthened in the education and training of young lawyers. In addition, each young lawyer has different overall level of legal knowledge, different understanding and grasp of various legal departments, and different interests in various legal departments. Therefore, we should give consideration to both * * * and personality when continuing to educate young lawyers about legal theory. Although this is not a bad thing, it directly affects the human resources advantage of the lawyer industry. The imbalance of regional economic development has also led to the vertical loss of young lawyers, that is, lawyers from economically underdeveloped areas go to economically developed areas to practice. Therefore, law firms should establish and improve the system of helping young lawyers to create more social practice opportunities for young lawyers. Lawyers associations at all levels should also provide necessary special funds to support the development of young lawyers and ensure that young lawyers have enough practical training opportunities. Fourth, pay attention to the practical difficulties of young lawyers, properly help them solve the difficulties and problems in their lives, and provide better conditions for their growth and development. Judicial administrative organs, lawyers' associations and some law firms have not paid enough attention to young lawyers' professional confusion and life difficulties. According to the existing lawyer system in China, you can only take the national judicial examination after graduating from college. The difficulty of the existing judicial examination is rarely passed at one time. After two to three years of exam torture and one to two years of internship, there is basically no economic income after graduating from college for two to four years. At the same time, young lawyers have limited sources of cases, insufficient accumulation of practice experience and limited accumulation of wealth, and face practical difficulties such as buying a house, getting married, having children and enrolling their children. These difficulties will definitely affect the work and study of young lawyers. In my opinion, it is necessary for law firms to launch a young lawyer assistance program to help young lawyers solve their personal difficulties. The Lawyers Association also set aside a part of the membership fee of the Lawyers Association to set up a young lawyer assistance fund to ensure the smooth implementation of the young lawyer assistance plan in the law firm. Paying attention to the development of young lawyers, properly helping them solve problems in their lives and relieving their worries are conducive to improving their work enthusiasm and efficiency. Five, strengthen the publicity of lawyers' work, so that the society can correctly understand and understand lawyers' work, which will help improve the social status of lawyers, optimize the lawyer's practice environment, help young lawyers love lawyers' work, and help improve the enthusiasm of young lawyers. In recent years, lawyers have participated in various fields of society, provided high-quality legal services for administration, commerce, enterprises, families and natural persons, and made outstanding contributions to social stability, economic development and socialist democracy and legal system construction. However, the media's publicity on lawyers' work is very limited. The public can't correctly understand the work of lawyers, don't trust lawyers, don't want to assist lawyers in their work, and can't hear lawyers' correct legal advice. There are even some people who are biased, despised and disgusted with lawyers. From a small perspective, these are not conducive to the work of lawyers and the establishment of their due social status. From a big perspective, they also affect the correct implementation of the law and the process of building socialist democracy and legal system. Of course, it will inevitably affect the professional sacredness and enthusiasm of young lawyers, and affect the progress and development of young lawyers. Therefore, we should strengthen the publicity of lawyers' work.
