Mo de's introduction

Mo Shaoping, a well-known criminal defense lawyer in China, is the director of Beijing Mo Shaoping Law Firm, the master tutor of the Law School of Central University of Finance and Economics, and a member of the Professional Committee on Human Rights and Constitution of China Lawyers Association. In 2005, he was named the man of the year by Asia Weekly. Mo is one of the earliest human rights lawyers in China, and also a defense lawyer for many major human rights cases and "politically important criminals"; It has played an important role in promoting the progress of justice and human rights in China. He has participated in the compilation of China Encyclopedia of Economic Law, Dictionary of Contract Law, Practice of Foreign Lawyers in China and other legal provisions.
