How long does it take to file a corruption case in the second instance after the verdict is pronounced in the first instance?

If the defendant refuses to accept the judgment of first instance, he may appeal within ten days from the date of receiving the judgment.

Article 219 of the Criminal Procedure Law stipulates that the time limit for appealing and protesting against a judgment is ten days, and that for appealing and protesting against a ruling is five days, counting from the second day after receiving the judgment or ruling.
