9. Full-time personnel directly engaged in food hygiene supervision by the health department;
10. Full-time fishery officials engaged in fishery supervision and inspection tasks in coastal, border and inland waters, full-time personnel engaged in agricultural plant quarantine, and full-time personnel engaged in foreign-related fishing boat inspection and fishing port supervision in ports open to the outside world;

For the needs of administrative law enforcement, the staff of state organs require uniform wearing of standard clothes, and their approval authority is in the State Council, while local people's governments at all levels and various departments in the State Council have no right to approve. All localities and departments should strictly implement the relevant provisions of the State Council on dressing change, and it is strictly forbidden to approve dressing change without authorization, and shall not instruct or imply subordinate units to change dressing in any form.
The people's governments of all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and the relevant departments of the State Council should conscientiously clean up and rectify the problem of dressing change in their own regions and departments.
