Brief introduction of Jia Yan.

Jia Yan, male, Han nationality, lawyer, party member, 197 1, was born in Jiading, Shanghai on July 4th, and grew up in Rudong, Jiangsu. 1989 graduated from Rudong county middle school. 1993 and 1996 obtained a bachelor's degree in international economics and a master's degree in foreign legal history from Fudan University respectively. 1April 1995 to1July 1997, sent by the State Education Commission to the Law School of City University of Hong Kong to study for a doctorate in international financial law, and to study the monetary legal issues in East Asia and Europe. 1September, 1998 to1June, 1999, studied in Yale Law School, and obtained a master's degree in law. 1994 passed the China Bar Examination and was admitted to the New York Bar in 2000.
